Goal: Sub 14 min

Descending reps so see what you’ve got here.  The focus should be on starting out with the goal of unbroken reps and paying attention to when you start to fatigue to the point of failure.  The loading on the OHS should be light enough that you can do this but it’s “annoying”.  The T2B will be the crux for most so focus on bending at the knees with a kick to avoid too much fatigue with your lower abs and hip flexors.  If you break things up don’t stress at all.  Just pay attention to what round that turns into less than sets of 5 on any movement.
