30/24 Cal Bike or Row
30 Wall Ball (20/14)

Goal: Just get it done

Goal is just to get this done. We had some bigger pieces this week and although this workout can be tough it’s going to be a good one to get the training response but also not beat ourselves up too much. Focus on steady state efforts and intentionally break up the wall ball if needed in order to keep your heart rate from totally spiking

Post Work:
Roll/Smash Quads and IT Band :90 sec/side
Hollow Hold 3 x :20 sec
